In 2013, Giovambattista Macchione and Andia Guga created MACCHIONE & GUGA ARCHDESIGN - (MGAD), an international architecture studio which main office was based in Florence (Italy). After a few years, a new operational office was established in Tirana (Albania), and from this year there are two representative officies in Ankara (Turkey) and in New York (USA).

MGAD STUDIO is an active firm in the filed of architectural design, urban planning, construction and direction of public and private works that has completed more than 50 projects with estimated value of over
400 mln €. Recently, STUDIO has an intense activity in Albania, with several projects between Tirana, Durres, Saranda. In parallel to the profession practice, the studio is constantly operating in scientific research activities and related publications on architecture, urban planning and design.
MGAD DESIGN deals with the furniture design and production. The company has more than 50 products with a unique and elegant design that characterizes MGAD’s style.
MGAD REAL ESTATE deals with luxury properties between Italy and Albania and in the research of international investors.The brand deals also the real estate projects design with the support of MGAD STUDIO.
MGAD IMPORT EXPORT branch deals with the trade of construction products, seeking for customers the best price at an excellent products quality.
